Price is weight, not permission
Sending anything counts toward the round you are standing in, so a rose counts. What price changes is how hard that gift pushes the shared bars between the two girls. Why there are no dollar figures here
Heart packs come in several sizes, and the relationship between pack size and price shifts with promotions and with region.
